| Our girls win Bronze in West African Rugby Sevens Tournament |
The El Wak Stadium in Accra, Ghana, welcomed eight nations for a historic first ever North West Africa Women's Rugby Sevens.
Two students of BASICS, Rebecca Lartey and Gifty Kotey (circled in the picture) also of Shalom Junior High School in Korle-Gonno were part of the Ghana team the Golden Pearls that won Bronze in the tournament beating Nigeria to the bronze medal. |
